How It Works

Calendar intelligence runs automatically every 5 minutes, checking tomorrow's calendar against your current tasks.

Triggers when you have 4+ meetings scheduled with less than 2 hours of focus time remaining.

"You have 6 meetings scheduled with only ~1.5h of focus time. Consider rescheduling or blocking focus time."

Triggers when tasks are due within 3 days and your calendar is 70%+ full.

"3 tasks due within 3 days, but your calendar is 70%+ full. Plan focus blocks now."

Triggers when 4+ meetings span many different projects or topics.

"Your 5 meetings span many different topics. Consider grouping similar meetings or adding transition time."

Triggers when a long meeting (90+ minutes) is followed by another meeting with less than 15 minutes gap.

"'Quarterly Review' (120min) is followed by 'Team Standup' with 5min break. Consider adding buffer time."

Insights show as notification cards in your notifications center. Each type appears at most once per day to avoid noise.
