Calendar Invites in Inbox

Pending Google Calendar invites appear directly in your Inbox so you can respond without leaving Cadeo.

Where Invites Appear​

A Pending Invites section shows above your inbox tasks, with a badge indicating the number of pending invites. Only invites for today and future events are shown.

Invite Card Details​

Each invite card shows:

  • Event title
  • Date and time
  • Organizer name
  • Location (if set)

Warnings​

Cadeo highlights potential issues:

  • "Conflicts with [event]" — if the invite overlaps an existing event
  • "Meeting X of the day" — if you already have 5+ meetings that day

AI RSVP Suggestion​

An AI suggestion appears on each card with:

  • A recommended response: Accept, Decline, or Maybe
  • Reasoning (e.g., "You're free at this time" or "Schedule looks full")
  • Highlighted with a lightning bolt icon

Responding to Invites​

Three action buttons on each card:

After responding:

  • The card animates out
  • The badge count updates
  • A confirmation message appears (e.g., "Team Standup - accepted")
  • When all invites are handled, the section disappears

Requirements​

Google Calendar must be connected via Settings > Integrations.
