Settings Overview

Access Cadeo settings by clicking the gear icon in the sidebar. Here you can customize your experience, manage integrations, and configure your workspace.

Appearance​

Personalize how Cadeo looks:

  • Dark Mode — switch between light, dark, or system-matched themes
  • Time Format — choose 12-hour or 24-hour display

Integrations​

Connect Cadeo with your other tools:

  • Google Calendar — sync your calendar events and create meetings
  • Apple Calendar — view native macOS calendar events (desktop only)
  • Google Account — manage your sign-in method
  • Apple Reminders — import reminders as tasks (desktop only)

Workspace​

Manage your workspace and team:

  • Workspace Settings — rename or configure your workspace
  • Team Members — invite colleagues and manage access
  • Notifications — configure notification preferences and quiet hours
  • Tags — create and manage workspace tags
  • Email to Task — copy your unique forwarding address

AI​

Configure AI-powered features:

  • AI Settings — choose AI provider, download local models, manage privacy
  • Provider Preference — local-first, cloud-first, or cloud-only
