Working Hours & Preferences
Customize your work schedule and display preferences in Settings.
Working Hours
Set your typical work schedule:
- Start time (e.g., 9:00 AM)
- End time (e.g., 5:00 PM)
- Toggle working hours on or off
Working hours help the AI schedule tasks during your productive hours and avoid scheduling outside your work day.
Time Format
Choose between 12-hour (AM/PM) and 24-hour display format. This affects all time displays throughout the app.
Default Task Duration
Set the default duration for new tasks (e.g., 30 minutes). This is used when creating tasks without specifying a duration.
Sidebar Navigation
Customize your sidebar:
- Drag to reorder sidebar views
- Show/hide views you don't use
Sync Status
The sync indicator in the bottom of the sidebar shows:

| Synced | Green checkmark | All changes saved |
| Syncing | Spinning icon | Upload in progress |
| Pending (N) | Cloud with count | N changes waiting to sync |
| Offline | Cloud off | No connection — changes saved locally |
| Error | Alert icon | Sync issue — click to retry |
Click the sync indicator to manually trigger a sync. When you reconnect after being offline, Cadeo automatically processes your offline changes first, then refreshes data.
