Meeting Notes

Take notes during meetings with automatic event linking.

Accessing Meeting Notes

  1. Click any calendar event
  2. Go to the Notes tab
  3. Start typing

Notes are automatically linked to the meeting.

Features

Meeting notes include:

  • Full rich text editor
  • Slash menu for blocks
  • Auto-save
  • Action items with /task

Creating Action Items

During a meeting, type /task to create an action item:

  1. Type /task Buy supplies
  2. Press Enter
  3. Task is created and linked to meeting

Action items appear in the Action Items section at the bottom.

Finding Meeting Notes

Meeting notes appear in:

  • The calendar event (click to view)
  • Notes view (filtered by meeting type)
  • Project view (if assigned to a project)

Assigning to Projects

Link meeting notes to projects:

  1. Open the meeting
  2. Click Project dropdown
  3. Select the project
