Team & Workspace
Manage your workspace and team members in Settings > Team.
Inviting Members
- Go to Settings > Team
- Enter the person's email address
- Click Invite
The system sends an invitation email automatically. Pending invitations show a Pending status badge and can be cancelled at any time. Invitations expire after a set period.
Member Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full control — invite, remove, rename workspace, manage all content |
| Admin | Manage members (except other admins or the owner) |
| Member | Access shared content, collaborate on tasks and notes |
Managing Members
- View all workspace members with their roles
- Only owners and admins can manage team members
- Admins can remove regular members but not other admins or the owner
- Removing a member revokes their access to all workspace content
Renaming Your Workspace
Owners can rename the workspace by:
- Clicking directly on the workspace name to edit inline
- Using the edit button
