  • The command bar (Cmd+K → "Plan My Week")
  • The planner view button

The 5 Steps

Step 1: Last Week Review

Reflect on the previous week's accomplishments. The AI summarizes what you completed and what carried over.

Step 2: This Week's Landscape

Overview of the week ahead — meetings, deadlines, and scheduling constraints that will shape your plan.

Step 3: Top 5 Tasks

The AI helps identify and prioritize your top 5 tasks for the week based on deadlines, importance, and dependencies.

Step 4: Day Distribution

AI suggests how to spread your top tasks across the week, considering your calendar and energy patterns.

Step 5: Commitment Check

Confirm that your weekly plan is realistic. Review the final distribution and make any last adjustments.
