Cadeo's AI enhances your note-taking with related content suggestions, task detection, and auto-tagging.

Related Content Suggestions​

While editing a note, Cadeo shows semantically related notes, tasks, and projects in a sidebar.

  • Triggers automatically after 10 seconds of inactivity (requires 50+ characters)
  • Shows up to 5 related items with similarity scores
  • Click any result to jump to that note, task, or project
  • Close the sidebar to dismiss

Task Detection​

The AI scans your note content and detects actionable items.

  • Triggers after 5 seconds of inactivity (requires 50+ characters)
  • A suggestion bar appears below the editor with detected tasks (up to 5)
  • Each task shows a title and Create button
  • Click Create to instantly create a Cadeo task linked to the note
  • Dismiss all to clear suggestions

Example: Writing "Call John about Q2 budget review and send draft to team" might detect:

  • "Call John about Q2 budget review"
  • "Send draft to team"

Auto-Tag Suggestions​

The AI suggests relevant tags based on your note content.

  • Triggers after 8 seconds of inactivity (requires 50+ characters)
  • Shows up to 3 tag chips below the editor
  • Click a chip to apply that tag to your note
  • Tags are drawn from your workspace's existing tag library

Cadeo can suggest semantic links between related tasks, notes, and projects.

  • AI-suggested links appear with a confidence score
  • Confirm or dismiss suggestions
  • Links are bidirectional — appearing as "linked from" and "links to"
  • You can also manually link entities
